1. Kofax Consultant

The Kofax Consultant is a member of our professional services team that delivers solutions using the Kofax Intelligent Automation and Cognitive Capture platform. The Kofax Consultant is represented to customers as being the subject matter expert in the configuration and customization of all Kofax products.

Location: Sydney/Melbourne
Job Type: Permanent Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Kofax solutions to customer based on requirements document
  • Work as the Kofax subject matter expert when onsite at a customer’s location
  • Take active part in the development of ACMO Smart Process Applications
  • Install and configure Kofax products on customer’s infrastructure
  • Assess requirements, document, design, and implement Kofax TotalAgility solutions
  • Enable customers in defining best practices for invoice handling and accounts payable processes
  • Create functional and technical design documents
  • Work independently in developing solutions per the customer’s requirements
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing and end-to-end testing of Kofax solutions
  • Work closely with project manager to keep projects on schedule and within budget
Required Skills:
  • Certification on Kofax TotalAgility 7.x Essentials, MCC & SPA
  • 3+ years technical experience working with data extraction and case management solutions
  • Kofax TotalAgility API knowledge
  • MVC, WCF Web Service Integration with Kofax TotalAgility
  • Kofax Process Intelligence/Insight Desirable
  • C#, .Net Framework, VB6, Web Forms, JavaScript, SQL, Database administration
Required Experience:
  • Experience on Kofax TotalAgility Multi-Channel Capture Projects
  • Experience on Kofax Transformation Modules and Kofax Capture
  • Experience designing and developing Accounts Payable Automation and Invoice Processing solution
  • Hands on Experience in installation, configuration and deployment of Kofax components

2. RPA Developer

ACMO is seeking an RPA Developer with Kofax RPA experience to join its professional services team. The candidate will help design and deliver RPA and Cognitive Automation Projects and participate in requirements gathering sessions to explore automation opportunities. The candidate will apply their knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to successfully deliver various automation projects.

Job Type: Permanent Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver RPA solutions to customer based on requirements document
  • Work as the RPA subject matter expert when onsite at a customer’s location
  • Install and configure Kofax RPA on customer’s infrastructure

  • Work independently in developing solutions per the customer’s requirements

Required Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience with Cognitive and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies
  • Certification on Kofax RPA/Kapow is highly regarded, though not mandatory
  • Hands on experience in Java or .Net development
  • Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to resolve business issues
Required Experience:
  • Experience on Kofax RPA (formerly Kofax Kapow)
  • Hands on Experience in installation and configuration of Kofax RPA
  • Experience in design, deploy and manage software robots

3. Digital Marketing Intern

We are currently looking for a highly energetic and motivated graduate for a 3-months internship based at our Pymble office.

Job Type: Internship

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and distribute news releases, media advisories, and other stories
  • Develop sales flyers, direct mail, invites, and other collateral and sales tools
  • Find, interview, and photograph customers in order to develop testimonials and case studies
  • Write content for variety of digital marketing tools
  • Prepare email blast and newsletter templates
  • Distribution list building, acquisition, and management
  • Assist with social media calendar, brainstorm ideas for new and innovative campaigns
  • Research and recommend social media channels to use/discontinue
  • Draft, edit, and post content to social media channels
  • Monitor social media and website analytics on a weekly/monthly basis, provide reports and make recommendations to increase engagement
Required Skills:
  • Completed or working towards degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Passion for Digital Marketing
  • Knowledge and experience with social media platforms
  • Demonstrated performance and experience as a positive team player
  • Demonstrate great attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills

4. Sales Assistant

ACMO is looking for a young Sales Assistant to help drive the company’s business while we expand our Intelligent Automation and Cognitive Capture platform offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the lead databases, pipeline and contact lists
  • Perform cold calls to prospect lists and develop follow up strategies
  • Coordinate for various items such as meetings, trade shows and site visits
Required Skills:
  • Experience in assisting sales activities in a software product environment
  • Experience in sales support activities, emails, demos, follow up correspondence
  • Highly motivated, goal oriented as well as exposure to the business world
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
